Scope of application:
access control and management systems in unlimited quantities for any types of real estate objects for use in the following areas:
housing and communal services, Ministry of Emergency Situations, industry, «Smart City» (SmartCity).

Implementation effect:

• Development and integration of equipment into a unified urban access platform for equipping real estate with a keyless access system;
• Connection to the system of all existing barriers, intercoms, doors;
• Equipment of entrances and technical premises of buildings with a keyless access system;
• Ensuring the compatibility of access equipment with a unified urban access platform.

Description:

SmartAirkey identification and access system by a smartphone consists of 4 components:

• Cloud service for administering digital keys;
• Mobile application for a smartphone (ios, android);
• Mobile access controller (can be connected to any access control equipment or integrated into an access control system);
• Built-in acquiring (the ability to integrate and accept payments with any bank).

The combination of these components allows access to access equipment (barriers, gates, intercoms, electromagnetic and electromechanical locks, etc.) via a smartphone. A feature is hands-free access, the smartphone does not need to be taken out of the pocket, it will communicate with the controller in the background mode using a patented crypto-secure protocol using Bluetooth as a transport, and if there is a valid digital key issued by the access administrator through a cloud personal account, access will be provided.

During the implementation of the project, solutions were developed and implemented for the following facilities:

• Pedestrian gate
  pedestrian access throughout the territory;
• Entrance
  automatic access to the entrance. The intercom will open as you approach the door;
• Vehicle entry/exit
  the barrier or gate will be able to open automatically or by pressing a button in the application on the smartphone;
• Elevator call buttons
  automatic elevator call with rise to the programmed floor when the user enters the elevator car;
• Common facilities
  access is provided without violating the current legislation, all requirements are met when installing SmartAirKey equipment;
• Technical premises
  employees of utility, emergency and special services get the possibility of administered access without spending time on obtaining physical keys.
